About Wilco

No local business misses another call

The mission

Big-company phones for small-town businesses

A Fortune 500 never misses a call. Layers of receptionists, call centers, and software make sure of it. The shop on the square has none of that. One line, one owner, two busy hands. We started Wilco to close that gap: every local business deserves a phone that always picks up, without hiring a soul.

The founder

A Williamson County native with an AI habit

Wilco is run by Mark Garza, a Georgetown local who spends his days running an AI consultancy and his evenings explaining to friends on the Square what any of it means for their shop. Wilco is the answer he kept giving: you don't need to learn AI. You need a partner who keeps you on the edge of it, so you can keep doing what you do best.

That's the deal, stated plainly. The technology moves fast and it isn't slowing down. Watching it is our job. Running your business is yours.

How we work

Partner with the best. Serve the rest.

We're transparent about this: we didn't build our own AI, on purpose. Every Wilco agent runs on fonio.ai, a global voice platform behind more than 10,000 businesses, including Volkswagen, TK Elevator, and Bolt. A dedicated team ships world-class improvements to that engine every week, which means our clients stay on the cutting edge without lifting a finger.

Our whole job is the part software can't do: learning your business, designing your call flows, tuning your agent from real transcripts, and answering when you call us. We're based in Georgetown. When you call Wilco, a person in Williamson County picks up. Which is, after all, the whole point.
